I woke up feeling sick this morning and decided to stay home. However the rule is, if I stay home…I can’t go to the gym.
But now I feel better and I’m ready to workout! So since I can’t go to the gym…I’ll just workout at home! Maybe I’ll run to the store and by some weights too!
So my plan is:
Go for a run
Do some yoga
Who says your home can’t be your gym? No excuses haha :)
