After work I was starving so I ran over to Fresh Market and grabbed a quick snack to go and headed to the beach! :)
Breakfast of Champions

This morning I woke up fairly early and wasn’t too hungry. So, listening to my body, I decided to wait till I was feeling the munchies to feed my belly. This whole “waking up full” feeling keeps happening and I cannot figure out why. I’m not eating late at night, so it doesn’t really make sense. Anyways, when I was finally hungry I decided on a filling and healthy breakfast to start my day! Breakfast of champions right here!

Mmmm Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal. Usually I prefer my oatmeal to be stuffed with fresh berries, but lack of berries forced me to get creative. Soo, bananas, cinnamon, chia seeds, granola, and almond milk it was! And it was delish!

I have been on such an orange kick lately. It’s not surprising, I mean I live in Florida and we’re basically famous for our oranges, right? Right! So fresh fruit on the side was a must must must!

To drink? A green smoothie of course! Summer classes and dorm living this summer calls for a major detox. Cleansing my system with green smoothies has become a habit these past few days back at home! This one is packed with spinach, bok choy, kale, apple, and banana! Yummmy!

Oh and teal nails are a perfect touch to the summer vibe going on with this breakfast! Loving this color lately!
Lately my weekend have been filled with shopping. Shopping for graduation event dresses, shoes and jewelry, and of course…dorm shopping for college! It’s always super fun and exciting, but it can end up getting pretty stressful at times. So just like yesterday, today my mom and I headed out to the stores yet again!
However this all happened after an extra long church and an extra delicious lunch!
Lunch today consisted of:

My Signature Wake Me Up Oatmeal for breakfast again! :)
This is my favorite way the best way to eat my oatmeal, so that’s why I gave it a title!
Riia’s Raw Vegan Lemon Berry Sorbet
Ingredients:
Frozen Fruit
Almond Milk
Ice
How To:
Throw fruit into a blender along with some almond milk. Blend until smooth. Keep adding ice and blending until you reach the texture of a sorbet. Enjoy! :)
For the Lemon Berry flavor (pictured above) add bananas and mixed berries. Top off with lemon zest! And there you have it! :)
