Beach Essentials for the Day
- Hat: It is super sunny here in Florida! So a hat is a neccesity while I’m tanning and reading!
- Sea Slat Spray: This sea salt spray by Not Your Mother’s is amazing for those coveted beach waves we all love! Right after a dive in the pool you can spray this in and scrunch it…next thing you know, you hair has a fresh out of the ocean look!
- Dried Mangos: These are one of my favorite snacks! The texture and flavor is delicious and reminds me of froot roll ups! Which is why I call these babies Nature’s Fruit Roll Ups!
- Coconut Water: When I’m laying out I get super thirsty! Usually I just drink water, but lately I have been trying out Coconut Water to mix it up a little! It’s surprisingly refreshing! :)
- Sunscreen: One of the most important beach essentials! The sun can be very damaging to our skin. So wearing sunscreen isn’t an option! Make sure to get one that has an SPF high enough to suit you!
- Music: Whether I’m reading, napping, or just people watching…I love to have my iPhone and headphones! It’s really relaxing! Or if I’m at the beach with friends, I can pack some travel speakers and everyone can listen!
- Bikini: I hope this one is obvious! You need an adorable bikini if you’re going to be laying out all day! Find one that you love and rock it!
- Book: I love to bring a book to the beach or pool, especially if I am going alone! I love to read in general, so reading by the water is a bonus in itself!
