So thankful the peeps at the Food Forest showed me how to harvest some plants and allowed me to take some home!
I incorporated them into my dinner tonight:
Left: Quinoa with steamed spinach, moringa and spices all wrapped into the edible hibiscus plant leaf with hummus spread on it
Right: Same as above, just wanted to try it without the hibiscus wrap
Dinner Tonight was ate in the sun, by the pool, on my adorable new placemats I bought today! I got them in three different colors and I’m totally loving them! :)
(yes, second salad of the day…I’m obsessed)

Raw and Vegan Takeout from a local cafe along with the Ginger-Orange Glazed Carrots I made earlier!
This was an amazing dinner :) I obviously shared it haha and the leftovers are my lunch for tomorrow!
