I found a passion that I never knew I had. Cooking. That isn’t limited to only cooking…but also baking, tasting, eating, and everything in between! I realized that makeing food healthy, is fun! I have found new ways to make some of my favorite foods healthier and I think it’s important to share this with all of you! Healthier choices aren’t just grains, greens, fruit, and seeds. It’s finding the right combination of them to create mouth watering meals! Took Becca’s advice and made Jamie Eason’s Cinnamon Swirl Protein Bread and she was right! It came out delicious! It’s also super healthy! The recipe says it makes about 16 squares and here’s the Nutrtion Facts:
1 square = 55 calories, 1 g fat, 8 g carbs, 5 g protein
