Took Becca’s advice and made Jamie Eason’s Cinnamon Swirl Protein Bread and she was right! It came out delicious! It’s also super healthy! The recipe says it makes about 16 squares and here’s the Nutrtion Facts:
1 square = 55 calories, 1 g fat, 8 g carbs, 5 g protein
