So I figured I would make a post showing a super basic layout of what I do on each day!
 This is a basic layout for my leg day!
I always warm up with stretching and either a sprint or a cycle.
After, for the bulk of my workout I’ll do a combination of the following workouts (not all of them, just whichever I decide to do for that specific day!) And I’ll do most of them with weights (so maybe dumbells, or a barbell, kettleball, etc) And I’ll do different sets & reps (usually my last set is to failure!)
So this is just a super simple outline of Leg Day! I basically just pick which exercises I want to do out of the list and make fun circuits incorporating planks, wall sits, ab exercises and so on on top of the leg/glute workouts! 
It keeps it fun and exciting! I love mixing up my workouts! :)

Work, paddleboarding, cooking, grocery runs, and sleeeeep I am EXHAUSTED! Ready for my full day off from work and school tomorrow! So excited :)

BTW I recommend making the quality better because when you don’t it looks blaaah & I EAT MORE THAN JUST THIS hahah I promise!! This is just all I got on video

…also was cooking in my bikini in this video…that’s awkward (not in perfect shape BY ANY MEANS haha but this is me and where I’m at now so it is what it is!)

Literally worked from 10am to 9pm and didn’t bring my camera.

Only got a lil footage at the gym and even that was barely anything.

Lame video of parts of my gym sesh tonight…in no particular order and super sped up!

PS: Ignore my sexy workout faces, I know, I know it’s hard to they’re just too good

Also, YES I am using small weights.

Why?

Well because I suffer from noodle arm. It’s a deficiency of muscle that requires beginner weights in order to someday work up to the bigga ones and therefore *gain* *gain* *gain* all the muscle!

Slowly but surely folks these noodles will be banging guns

My body may not be perfect right now, but it’s MINE! And I’m slowly making it the best that it can be :)

How the heck do you film at the gym without looking totally wack haha

Like filming while on machines? Impossible unless I bring a tripod or put my camera on the machine adjacent to the one I’m using haha and considering there’s a 50% chance someone is on the machine that would be awkward lol

"Excuse me, do you mind if I place my camera on your leg abductor macheine so I can get a video of my leg extensions?" hahaa nope
